These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and fyrwin ("we", "us", "our", "Platform"), an internationally licensed online gambling operator. By accessing, registering on, or using the fyrwin website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Definitions

The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" refers to the fyrwin website, mobile-optimized interface, and any associated services offered by us.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account registered by you on the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by you on any game, event, market, or outcome offered on the Platform.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the sole settlement currency used on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" refers to "Know Your Customer," the identity verification process required by applicable regulations.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from your fyrwin Account to a payment method registered in your name.
• "Withdrawal Request" refers to a submitted request by you to withdraw funds from your Account.

2. Eligibility

By registering for an Account on the fyrwin Platform, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age at the time of registration. We strictly enforce this minimum age requirement. If we discover that an Account holder is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately closed, and any funds deposited will be forfeited.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or a person accessing the Platform from within Indonesian territory, and you are accessing the Platform legally under the laws applicable to you.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Platform or any recognized gambling self-exclusion organization.
• You are not a person who is prohibited by law from using online gambling services, including but not limited to individuals holding positions in the gaming industry, government officials, or minors.
• You understand that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, including parts of Indonesia, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you. fyrwin makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific location.
• You are using the Platform for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party or for any commercial exploitation.

3. Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during registration. You agree to:

• Provide your full legal name, valid email address, mobile phone number, and country of residence.
• Create a unique and secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.
• Complete KYC verification by submitting valid identification documents, including but not limited to your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, proof of address, and a selfie for facial recognition.
• Keep your Account information up to date. You are responsible for notifying fyrwin of any changes to your personal details.
• Register only one Account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. fyrwin reserves the right to close, merge, or suspend duplicate Accounts.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. fyrwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account, whether or not such use is with or without your knowledge. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our customer support team immediately via the contact methods listed in Section 13.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

fyrwin supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Please also note:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes. However, fyrwin shall not be liable for delays caused by payment providers, banks, or external circumstances.
• All funds are credited in IDR. We do not accept deposits denominated in any other currency.
• Deposit bonuses, if applicable, are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, subject to higher limits for verified VIP members.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 30 minutes for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) and within 5 to 30 minutes for major bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri), subject to bank processing times.
• All withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will be rejected.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process. We reserve the right to require additional documentation for any withdrawal if deemed necessary.
• If you have claimed a bonus with wagering requirements, you must satisfy these requirements before withdrawing any winnings derived from the bonus. Withdrawing before completing the wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• fyrwin does not charge withdrawal fees. However, intermediary banks or payment providers may impose their own charges, which shall be borne by you.
• fyrwin reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if a reasonable suspicion of fraud, prohibited activity, duplicate account, or violation of these Terms arises.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fyrwin offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral bonuses. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of its specific terms, which are provided alongside each offer. Standard conditions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from activation.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino contribute 10% to 20%. Sports betting may be excluded unless otherwise specified.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit amount is required to activate deposit-based bonuses, as specified in each promotion.
• One Bonus Per Player: Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Duplicate Accounts claiming the same bonus will be voided.
• Allowable Stake Limits: When a bonus is active, maximum stake limits may apply. Bets placed above the maximum stake may be excluded from wagering contribution.
• Bonus Abuse: fyrwin reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or behavior inconsistent with normal play is detected.

fyrwin reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, or to reclaim any bonus or winnings if it determines that the promotion was claimed unfairly or in violation of its terms.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the fyrwin Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each game, sport, or market. General rules include:

• All bets are final once placed and confirmed by the Platform. Any bet cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player after confirmation.
• We reserve the right to void a bet if it was placed at an obviously incorrect price or odds (manifest error), if a technical error occurred, or if the bet was placed after the event had already started or concluded.
• For football betting, results are based on the official outcome of the full match (including stoppage time) unless otherwise specified in the specific market rules. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to pay out.
• For Asian handicap (voor) betting, half-goal handicaps eliminate the possibility of a push, while whole-goal handicaps may result in a stake refund (push) if the handicap line lands exactly.
• Live betting and in-play wagering are subject to the specific rules governing live markets and may be voided if a technical malfunction occurs.
• Disputes concerning bet settlement will be resolved based on the decision of fyrwin, which shall act in good faith and in accordance with official results. In the event that a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the issue to our customer support team.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following activities on or in connection with the fyrwin Platform:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Committing or attempting to commit fraud, including but not limited to using stolen payment methods, identity theft, or false information.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other software to manipulate or automate betting activities.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonuses, promotions, or game mechanics unfairly.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system glitches for personal gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access, modify, hack, or interfere with the Platform's systems, security, or servers.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent the age verification, KYC, self-exclusion, or geo-blocking mechanisms.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or taking bets from, any other person.

Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.

8. Responsible Gaming

fyrwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools and safeguards designed to help you maintain control over your betting activity:

• Deposit limits, which allow you to set a maximum amount you can deposit within a specified period (daily, weekly, or monthly).
• Loss limits, which restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Time-out features, which allow you to temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or other durations.
• Self-exclusion, which allows you to permanently exclude yourself from using the Platform for a set period or indefinitely.
• Reality checks, which will remind you of the duration of your gaming session.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fyrwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms.

Specifically, fyrwin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage caused by technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or external events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or third-party service provider failures.
• Any delays or failures in payment processing caused by your bank, payment provider, or intermediary financial institutions.
• Any loss arising from errors in bet placement due to user error, including incorrect selection of markets, outcomes, or stake amounts.
• Any loss resulting from changes to game rules, odds, or market availability, provided such changes are made in accordance with these Terms.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

fyrwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy or rule.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or any prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period or provide false or misleading information.
• You request closure of your Account or invoke self-exclusion.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

In the event of Account termination due to violation of these Terms, any balance remaining in your Account may be forfeited. If your Account is closed for reasons other than violation of these Terms, we will return any remaining balance to you, subject to deduction of any outstanding fees, chargebacks, or amounts owed to fyrwin.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you fail to withdraw within 90 days of closure, we reserve the right to deduct an administrative fee.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which fyrwin's operating license is issued. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

You acknowledge and agree that online gambling is subject to varying legal restrictions in different jurisdictions, including within Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your location. fyrwin does not accept any liability for any violation of local laws by Users.

12. Amendments

fyrwin reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last revised.

Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
